Beth is a Researcher at Ridgeway specialising in migration and asylum research covering Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Beth also works on human rights and women, peace and security.

Beth joined Ridgeway following a successful stint as an Assistant Researcher while studying at the Institute for Security Science and Technology, Imperial College, London. Her MSc thesis focused on the security implications of climate driven migration in Asia and the Middle East.

Beth also holds an MMath from the University of Sheffield which included a year of study at the National University of Singapore. Beth’s mathematical research focused on number theory and analysis.
